Midoriweb develops CRM integrations that connect your website and business applications to the customer process. We can help transfer enquiries, match records, update agreed information and support the handover between teams. The connection is built around what the staff using the CRM need to do next.
We also help assess existing integrations that create duplicates, lose useful context or require regular manual correction. The aim is a flow your team can understand and trust, with a clear way to identify records that need attention.

A website form often captures more than a name and email address. It may identify the service someone needs, an existing platform or the type of project they are considering. That context should not disappear when the information reaches another system.
We map the relevant fields and agree how the destination should represent the enquiry. It may create a lead, associate information with an existing contact or initiate a task, depending on your process and the CRM’s capabilities.
We also clarify when the website can report success. Receiving the form and completing the CRM transfer are different events. If a downstream connection fails, the enquiry should still have a defined handling path rather than vanish behind a confirmation message.
CRM integration services we can scope
We can develop website-to-CRM connections, customer-data synchronisation and workflows involving ecommerce or custom applications. We can also extend a supported connector where it meets only part of the requirement.
The scope depends on the available interfaces and the rules your team uses. We establish authentication, required fields, supported operations and any limits imposed by the provider. We do not assume that every CRM exposes the same functions or that an account has access to every interface.
Where an existing integration is unreliable, we can investigate the data flow and identify whether the cause is mapping, identity matching, timing or a provider response. That gives you a clearer correction plan than repeatedly importing the same file.
Decide how people and organisations are matched
Duplicate records are often a symptom of unclear identity rules. An email address may help identify a person, but it may not establish which organisation or account they belong to. Shared addresses and changed contact information can complicate the process.
We work through those rules with you. Which identifiers are dependable? When should a new record be created? When should an existing record be updated or held for review? The answer should reflect how your business manages customer relationships.
We also agree which system owns particular fields. A website submission should not silently overwrite carefully maintained account information without a defined reason. Matching and update rules are part of the integration, not a detail to leave until duplicates appear.
A practical example: routing a technical enquiry
Imagine that a visitor asks for help with an existing ecommerce store. The form captures the platform, the type of requirement and a short description. Your sales or technical team needs that information together, associated with the right contact.
We could create a flow that maps the enquiry into the CRM, assigns the appropriate category and creates a follow-up task according to agreed rules. If the contact already exists, the new request could be associated without replacing unrelated account details.
We would also test incomplete input, repeated submissions and a temporarily unavailable CRM. Those cases need a visible result for the operator so that a valuable enquiry does not depend on a perfect first transfer.
Preserve permission and communication context
Customer information may be collected for different purposes. A request for a quotation should not automatically be treated as permission for every form of marketing communication.
We implement the agreed fields and rules for recording the relevant context, including the source and any required preferences. The business remains responsible for deciding the appropriate policy and wording; the integration needs to carry that decision accurately rather than infer it.
We also limit the information passed to what the process needs. Useful diagnostics should identify a failed record without unnecessarily copying sensitive details into broad-access logs or notifications.
Make ownership and follow-up visible
An integration is only useful if the receiving team can act on the result. We discuss assignment, status and exception ownership alongside the transfer itself. A record arriving in the CRM without anyone responsible for it may not improve the customer experience.
Depending on the system, the workflow may create a task, update a stage or make information available for a review queue. We confirm what is supported and what needs custom work. We also consider how an unsuccessful assignment or rejected value is reported.
The operator should be able to distinguish a record that is waiting for a person from one that never completed the transfer. That makes investigation and follow-up more efficient.
Test representative customer situations
Testing should cover existing contacts, new contacts and the organisation relationships relevant to your business. A successful transfer of one sample record is not enough to establish that the matching rules are correct.
We agree scenarios for duplicates, missing values and updates from more than one system. If historical records are being imported, the project needs a mapping and reconciliation plan separate from the ongoing live flow.
Before launch, we also agree who checks the first records and who owns support. Where a provider must change an interface or account setting, that dependency remains explicit in the plan.
Questions about CRM integration
Can you work with our current CRM?
Tell us the product and the workflow you need. We can assess its supported interfaces and your account’s available features before confirming the scope.
Can we keep our existing forms?
Often, yes. We review how they submit information and what needs to change. A new integration does not automatically require a redesign of the customer-facing page.
Can you remove duplicates already in the CRM?
We can discuss a separate data-review and reconciliation scope. Existing duplicates need agreed matching rules and care around related records; they should not be deleted automatically as part of connecting a form.
Let’s make the handover work better
Tell us where enquiries or customer updates arrive today and what your team has to do before it can act on them. Midoriweb can help build a connection that preserves useful context and gives the next person a clearer starting point.
