Midoriweb builds integrations that connect the process, not just the software. We can help your ecommerce platform, ERP, WMS and custom applications exchange the information they need, with clear rules about ownership and a practical response when something goes wrong.
If you already have an integration that needs constant supervision, we can assess the flow and identify the gaps. If you are planning a new connection, we can help define the scope before you commit to an approach that only handles the easiest part of the journey.

We can develop order and stock connections, customer-data exchanges, product-information flows and APIs that support a wider business process. We can also improve imports, scheduled synchronisation and existing integrations that repeatedly produce exceptions.
The starting point is the manual task or operational problem you want to remove. We then establish which systems are involved, what interfaces they support and who owns each decision. A connection between two product names is not yet a complete requirement; we help make it one.
Our Magento expertise is particularly useful for commerce projects, but integration work often reaches into applications beyond the store. We consider the whole flow and coordinate with the relevant supplier or internal team where their input is needed.
Designing an integration your staff can operate
For example, a supplier feed might provide product and stock updates. The easy demonstration is importing a valid row. The useful business process also needs to handle a missing product code, an unexpected price, a removed item and a file that arrives twice.
We would agree those rules with you, develop the accepted flow and make exceptions visible. Your team should know which records were processed and which need attention. The process may include review rather than automatically publishing every incoming value.
That approach makes the integration more useful after launch. It gives the operator a way to manage reality rather than depend on a developer whenever the input differs from the sample.
Decide who owns the information
Connected systems need clear responsibilities. If both can change the same record, the integration requires rules about which update takes priority and how conflicts are handled. If one system owns a field, the other should not silently overwrite it.
We establish these rules for the relevant data rather than applying one assumption to the entire project. Product descriptions, stock availability and customer terms may each have different owners. We also agree identifiers, field mappings and the treatment of missing or invalid values. That foundation makes the later development and testing much more precise.
Connect ecommerce with back-office systems
Ecommerce integrations often link the customer journey to the operational work behind it. Orders need to reach the right system, stock needs a dependable definition and fulfilment updates need to be reflected accurately. The process may involve an ERP, WMS, payment service or another specialist provider.
Midoriweb considers the lifecycle rather than only the first successful transfer. Partial shipments, rejected records and changes after submission can all affect the connection. Our ERP integration, WMS integration and ecommerce integration services cover different parts of that work without treating them as interchangeable systems.
Develop APIs around a clear contract
An API should make the supported behaviour understandable to the systems using it. That includes the information required, the result returned and the errors a caller needs to handle. Authentication and permission checks must reflect the sensitivity of the operation.
We can develop or work with APIs as part of an integration scope. The design may need to address pagination, filtering, versioning and the treatment of repeated requests. For an existing interface, we assess its supported behaviour and limitations before committing to the connection. Documentation and representative examples help the different parties work from the same expectations.
Automate the right steps
Automation is valuable when it removes a defined manual task without concealing the decisions the business still needs to make. Some workflows can proceed automatically once information passes validation. Others require review, approval or a response to an exception.
We identify those boundaries and make them part of the process. A system can prepare a record or route a task without being authorised to complete every subsequent action. Where AI-assisted work is relevant, it should have a clear role and appropriate review; ordinary rules-based integration does not need to be presented as AI. The implementation should fit the task rather than force a particular label onto it.
Plan timing, volume and recovery
Different information has different timing requirements. Some updates are useful in scheduled batches; others need to be reflected promptly. The available interfaces, rate limits and expected workload influence the approach.
We consider both normal activity and recovery after an interruption. A backlog may need controlled processing, and older updates should not accidentally replace newer information. Temporary failures can be retried where appropriate, while invalid records need a visible route to correction. These choices are part of the architecture, not an afterthought once the first connection works.
Give operators a way to understand the result
An integration should not become an invisible process that nobody can confidently assess. Your team needs to know whether records are moving, whether exceptions are accumulating and what to do when a particular item fails.
We plan appropriate status information, logging and reconciliation for the scope. Useful diagnostics identify the affected record and outcome without exposing unnecessary sensitive information. Where a supplier needs to investigate, the available evidence should help distinguish which side of the connection requires attention. Clear ownership prevents exceptions from passing indefinitely between providers.
Test the business outcome, then manage the changeover
Acceptance scenarios should represent the records and actions your business will use. A successful response is not enough if the destination contains the wrong meaning, quantity or status. We agree the checks needed to establish that both systems represent the intended result.
The launch plan also needs to address existing data, any initial synchronisation and the point at which the new connection becomes authoritative. We define verification and recovery steps appropriate to the work. Handover can include mappings, operating instructions and support responsibilities so the connection remains manageable after the implementation project ends.
Customer and product information deserve their own rules
A CRM integration needs to preserve useful enquiry context, match contacts carefully and support the next person responsible for follow-up. A PIM integration needs to represent attributes, variants and product readiness correctly in the destination catalogue. We treat these as distinct workflows rather than apply one generic synchronisation pattern to both.
If the work crosses several systems, we can help define where each responsibility belongs. That gives your team a clearer place to make corrections and a more understandable process when information does not arrive as expected.
Questions about connecting your systems
Can you work with a platform you have not listed?
Tell us what it is and which interfaces are available. We can assess the requirement and confirm the relevant capability before committing. The data and supported API matter as much as the product name.
Will everything need to run in real time?
Not necessarily. We recommend timing around the business need and system constraints. A scheduled update may be suitable for one dataset while another requires a more immediate response.
Can an existing connector be used?
Yes, where it fits. We can assess a connector’s coverage and any gaps. Custom development should solve a defined requirement rather than duplicate functionality already available.
